As one may notice, the pictures of this commercial concrete parking lot are quite aged. Crescostone completed this commercial concrete parking lot and curbing project for an O’Reilly Auto Parts retail location in Morristown, Tennessee over a decade ago.
The project involved construction of the entire parking lot and its concrete curbs. Because the store needed to remain accessible to customers, our crew performed much of the construction at night and divided the work into manageable sections.
By coordinating the construction phases around the store’s operations, Crescostone was able to complete the project while minimizing disruption to the business and maintaining separation between customers and active construction areas.

Phased Construction to Keep the Store Operating
One of the most important considerations for this project was allowing the O’Reilly Auto Parts location to continue serving customers during construction.
Rather than closing the entire parking lot, Crescostone divided the work into sections. While our crew worked in one area, customers could continue using another designated portion of the property.
Work was also scheduled during nighttime hours to reduce interference with the store’s normal business activity.
This phased approach allowed us to maintain separation between customers and construction operations while progressively completing the parking lot and curbing.
Reinforced Commercial Concrete Parking Lot & Curb Installation
Crescostone constructed the entire concrete parking lot and associated curbing for the O’Reilly Auto Parts location in Morristown, Tennessee.
Because the parking lot would experience regular commercial vehicle traffic, the project required a thicker concrete slab with additional reinforcement to accommodate the demands of the parking area.
Our crew completed the reinforced concrete installation in coordinated sections, allowing portions of the parking lot to remain available to customers while construction progressed.
Much of the work was performed at night to minimize disruption to the store’s daily operations.
The project progressed smoothly, and the completed parking lot has continued to perform well more than a decade after installation.
